Hi.

I have a favicon in my portal root folder, that displays only sometimes. If I hover over the blank icon displaying, I get the message that the site does not supply7 identity information (Firefox).

I'm stumped as to what to do.

Hi Steven,

I am not sure why you are not always seeing the icon but the message you are getting is unrelated.  It is the FireFox Site Identity Button.
