Greetings!

I am looking for a solution that combines a type of registration process (extended form with multiple questions), and credit card payment processing (a type of membership process).   The registration process would end in processing of a payment, and the amount will be based on how some registration fields are filled in (half dozen possible prices).  

We need to be able to process credit card payments and update a record of payment on the site of course.  I considered a simple approach of having a sign up form, with a type of work flow, that takes the user to a page with Ventrian's subscription module.   However, I believe the Ventrian subscription module only integrates with Paypal, and for this project, Paypal payment processing is not desired.   

Also, this registration may be separate from DNN registration since one user may sign up for more than one membership.

Anyone know of existing modules that might fit or come close to this need?
