Guys,

I would like my DNN Registration module to give the user the ability to upload a new avtaar or select predefined avtaars. How can we achieve this in DNN?

I would go for a custom module to do that, there should be something with that functionality at the Marketplace or Snowcovered

You can't use profile images out the box - there are a couple of 3rd party modules, including the Smart-Thinker Product Social Networking Product Suite. For example, have a look at my profile here...
