Ok i will try to re-explain this

Yes i have a custom page that i have created as the login page.
I added the account login module to it. And no other modules.
However when i try to use it for my login all i get is the module header, and below it announcements link. No login fields for username, or password and no buttons.

I have checked in Host/Module Definitions at the 'Account Login' module and can see that under the account login control, in the source dropdown is Announcements.ascx. I checked the dropdown to see if i can find anything that may be more related to account login and cannot find anything corresponding.

Now the default login page works fine with the username and password textboxes and buttons appearing correctly. So where am i going wrong.

As a side note, this used to work fine. Something seems to have changed within the system. Any comments or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
