Does anyone know how i could use IFrame or an IFrame tag to display another website, with the iframe being displayed at 75% the size of the website it directs to, and still showing the whole web site (such that no scroll bars are needed.)  ??

I am guessing that the answer is "Ha Ha, very funny." But, i would love to be suprised.

Hmmmm....How about "partially surprised"?

No, there's no cross-browser method that I know of but there IS an easy method that works in newer versions of IE:

     < iframe src="http://www.dotnetnuke.com/" style="zoom:50%" width="800" height="600" >
     < /iframe >

(NOTE:  Image of actual iFrame result in IE7.  DNN forums don't allow iFrame in forum post.)

So that's cool and all for IE but what about FF, Chrome, the couple of Apple users browsing DNN sites and that one WebTV guy?

The best "universal" answer right now probably is to present a snapshot (an actual screen capture) of the target site.  Here's one service offering something along this line:  http://www.thumbshots.org/

I forgot to mention two notable items:

  1. The website screen-capture-snapshot thumbnail service (say it five times fast) from "www.thumbshots.org" is 100% free.

  2. Although I have not tried the service myself, I'm betting it works well under DNN because the "thumbshots.org" website is a DNN site.
