Hi all,

I'm struggling with the same issue on WH4L.  I've got the SMTP Host configured and the test message works.

I've set the e=mail address for the Admin account to a valid SMTP address on WH4L, but there is no where to put the SMTP password on the user record.

I've tried using the same SMTP account as the SMTP Host account in hopes that the password would be supplied from the host level, but no luck.

Any other ideas?

Jay

The SMTP authentication will come from the HOST Settings, not from individual user accounts that you create.

Thanks - That makes sense, but the behavior I'm seeing does not.

The Test message of the SMTP host settings works fine, so I'm assuming the other messages should authenticate as well.

Is there some way I can see the message that is being submitted to SMTP?  The event viewer does not show the values in the message.
