Hi,

I am using DotNetNuke 4.9.0 version in my project and i followed procedure for creating module described in the document. while creating new module, i am not able to see the Module manifest option in the create module definition->edit module definition.

then,

1. why we have to create manually the 03.01.00.txt, uninstall...., .dnn files and etc ?

2. whethe the codes in the .dnn.config is to be created manually or it is  generated automatically at the time of creating new module?

Kindly give reply.

If you do not see the module manifest option it is usually because the folder name in the module definition is incorrect.

1. They are part of the API

2. It is created automatically by the module manifest option
