Hello everyone.
For my current client, I need to add an extra page under the Admin tab.
Im working in the Tabs table and after changing ParentId, Level, TabPath and restarting the application the solpart menu system doesnt seem to be parsing my extra tab under the Admin tab. Any idea what Im missing? I suppose worst case scenario I can create a custom user group and menu.

Thanks!

I went into my database, copied the "Solutions Explorer" row from the Tabs table and changed the following columns

TabOrder
TabName
IconFile
Title
TabPath

Change TabPath so that it is //Admin//[TabName] (where tabname is whatever you made the TabName column)

I loaded my site and it showed and was functional.

Hope that helps. :)

After following your idea I found where I was going wrong. If the TabOrder is too low, it wont display. Hindsight's 20/20 as they say
