I am brand new to DNN.  In the past four days I have created a new website (hosted by third party).  I have been able to add new pages and tabs and add content but I have had a lot of trouble with website and content format.  I am able able to use the RTE but it does not seem to have sufficient capabilities.  Specifically I am having trouble (1) controlling the distance between lines of font (very little white space, some letters in two different lines actually touch (2) controlling how bullet points appear and (3) contolling the consistency of how differnt pages look.  Several pages fit on the computer screen fine and several other pages require significant side-to-side scrolling to read the content.

Also, there are almost no skin and container options.  I assume I will need to obtain additional skins.  I need a very subduded and professional looking website (Business consulting - strategic planning, merger & acquisitions, business revitalization and management services).  Any advice on particular skins to look at.  How do I download skins to a hosted website?

Thanks in advance.

First make sure you have downloaded the documentation, it's a separate download.  Look at the Skinning documentation in there.  As for spacing, etc., that's easily controlled by CSS, either the skin.css or using the interface in DNN.  The rest is really skinning, either finding/buying a skin or designing your own.  Snowcovered.com has tons of skins for sale, there are a number of free ones flaoting around as well.
