How about a form Master.  I have 40 questions with drop drown menus to select the correct answer.  At the end of the question is a submit button, which when you click on it it sends an email from myself to myself.  Our IT Deprtment can't figure it out, so that's why I'm here.  As you can guess I don't do all the programming everyone else does in this forum.

The prgram you describe is not the Survey module. It does not email and it does not have drop-down selectors.

It appears you are using a custom module and you will need to alter the prgramming to provide the additional functionality you desire.

Michael,

It looks as if I need to do some more research on the type of form I am using.  I'll check with our IT Department and see if I can find out anything else about this form.  Thank you for your replies.
