<p><span style="font-family: Arial"><span style="font-size: small">This is the first time I have seen this issue after installing a skin! I bought and installed a new skin. After installing the skin I then selected it in the site/appearance menu. After selecting the skin, I clicked on the update link. The skin did not appear. Instead the default DNN skin appeared with an error on top wich stated:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial"><span style="font-size: small">Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/0/Skins/skins/default_ColorBG_Open_TabMenu.ascx Error: The file '/DesktopModules/HouseMenuSkinObject/HouseMenuSkinObject.ascx' does not exist.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial"><span style="font-size: small">Now I cannot even change the skin back, because the template sort of minimized itself and only the top area shows. I cannot get to the skin selection area! Is there some "back door" way to select another skin?</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial"><span style="font-size: small">I already emailed the developer, but i have not heard back from them and I need to get this site back up.</span></span></p> <p>&#160;</p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial"><span style="font-size: small">Thanks</span></span></p>
