Has anyone else had problems receiving email notifications from DotNetNuke.com?  I've been going round and round with my hosting provider about this and haven't received email notifications since 12/2/2008.  Here's the latest message I received:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting customer support.  Our advanced technical support team has examined your IP unblock request. We are unable to unblock 206.196.18.150 at this time. This IP was blocked on 2008/12/02 09:36:27 (MST) and should be checked for viruses, trojans, and worms before we can unblock.  Once you have done so, please let us know and we will investigate further.  If we can assist you in any other way, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Regards,

Matt W.
