Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. (New to the forums here.)

I'm having a problem with my install of DNN that is hosted by GoDaddy. I've had the site up & running for quite some time, but I want back to edit something the other day and when I click on edit for my Text/HTML container, I get an error saying that the Text/HTML editor is not available. I then checked the log file and found the error below.

Any ideas what might be going wrong?

this is caused by a security upgrade from Microsoft a few months ago. I'd suggest to upgrade to current version of DNN

I don't think I can do the upgrade because my web.config is not located where I can access it. (I've looked all over and it's not in the directory structure anywhere.)

I'm a bit limited in what I can do since my site is hosted on a shared GoDaddy server.

Any other ideas on how I can solve this?

Thanks in advance!

OK I'm a bit dense, I found the web.config.

So, I'll perform the upgrade

Thanks again!

The web.config should be in the root of your DNN install.
