I upgraded from 4.9.0 to 5.0 a half hour back it installed fine, but I can't log on as a host or any other user the error I get is pasted below, please help.

That worked, and now I think the problem was caused by the skin that I bought a while back, probably not designed for DNN 5.0, okay that means I have to buy a new skin.
