I use ie8 Beta2 and it works bad in "native" mode good in compatibility mode. Quirks and doc mode cant I find..

Log in and try he host and admin menus. You have RC maybe its better in that for me unknown version.

Thanks Jan, wasn't aware of the IE8 (beta 2) release. Will install and try DNN5 again.

Well, MS requests IE8 (beta 1) be uninstalled before installing IE8 (beta 2).  Under Vista, I have not been able to uninstall IE8 (beta 1).

Will continue with IE8 (beta 1) running Emulate IE7.

you should be able to uninstall beta 1, if you are looking in Windows updates. Otherwise you will not be able to move to any later build including release (however, betas haven't been release for production use at all). Sorry, I do not have beta 2 any longer to use it for tests. with rc, only quirks mode shows issue, but the page standard is IE8.
