I have a issue where I want to the survey to take the user to another page on the DNN site. Instead of the dynamic "thank you for participating" javascript callback that you get when you hit submit survey, is there a way I can tweak it so that when they submit the survey, they are taken to a different DNN page where we want them to enter contact information if they want to know more. If this is possible, what file would I need to edit and what snippet of code needs to be edited to accomplish this?

You would have to alter the Survey code to do this. I don't have a code sample, sorry.
