Is there a document demonstrating how the skin widgets, the default menu provider and the like can be skinned?
Basically, some documentation with regards to the exposed classes of the default 'widgets' and default menu... how the 'widgets' like the screen width and font size widgets work... how they are exposed, what they do and what are the customizable menu classes are?
... and for that matter, is there at least a 'tree' of sorts describing the CSS classes and how they cascade down from the Host, through the Portal on down to the module level?
