In this case it's not. THe problem is that the menu seems to see the browser as a non default browser and treats it as a crawler, and thus the menu looks bad (the  rendered HTML is different).

I tested this with the User agent switcher in (Ubuntu) Firefox, switched it to IE on Vista and then the menu works fine.
