I have a client that is running DNN 4.9 on our server and they are having problems with the file upload.

The physical path has an apostrophe in on of the dir names (e.g. C:\websites\Client's files\DNN_Site\*) and when they try to upload they get the error  - Invalid File Name - Filename cannot contain '

Changing the path will be problematic, so I was wondering if there was a way to have the upload write to a relative path vs. the physical, or of there was another work-around.

TIA

apostrophe's are usually used as delimiters in either vb or SQL i.e. you should always avoid to use it in names. Same with folders, there is a procedure to prevent this, but obviously it failed in your case. the only option I see is to remove it from the folder name and adjust values (especially for folders) in the database.
