Looking for a "Reverse skin" – where the background is black and the text are white or in grey.

This should apply to all modules (Forum, FCKeditor, Chat etc.) and all the admin parts like the file manager.
 
It is easy to change the basics, but I find it not so easy to apply B/W to the forum module, the file manager or the FCKeditor. Some of the “drop down boxes” and input fields are for some reason not an easy thing to change.
 
Anyone got at free “reverse – b/w” skin / css or any help on the subject?
