Hi everybody.

 

I think I am started to be hated big time for all my crazy explorations on the DNN 5. I got following error report when I clicked on the link "Show custom editor options.

 

Server Error in '/dnn50000' Application.

Parser Error

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.FckHtmlEditorProvider.FckHtmlEditorOptions'.

did you move dotnetnuke.fckeditorprovider.dll from /bin/providers to /bin folder?

I did a custom install of DNN5 and did not move anyfiles around in the bin folder. But i did find the fckeditorprovider.dll in the bin/provider/ and moved it to the bin folder and it worked. So the installation did not put the file in the corrent folder or the code do not point to the correct folder.

yes, this is a known error, which has been fixed for upcoming DNN 5.0.1.
