I've created some custom skins and containers for DNN 4.7 and want a series of horizontal links in the Links modules to align to the right. This works for IE, but not in FireFox. I've tried with the text-align in CSS, aligning the cell of the table within the container, using the module align setting to Right and to Not Specified, but none of this works for FireFox.

Thoughts?

Difficult to say, but 95% chance IE is wrong according to the W3C standards and Firefox is right.
That seems like a useless statement, what I want to say is that you should not hold on to the fact that is works in IE.

What should work in all browsers is this:

make sure the links are inside a div and then assign (CSS): float:right to that div.

That should do it.

I found that for the links module, and perhaps it was specific to a horizontally aligned links module, FireFox nested a Normal tag that was interfering with my container and pane alignment. I had to create an ID style with a .Normal subset in order to override it. Right or wrong, FireFox treated this differently and it seems to be specific to the links module, and it was rather frustrating to track it down.

I guess you are talking about the Links skin object or not?

BTW What doctype are you using?

Are you saying Firefox is rendering other HTML then Internet explorer?
