Is there a way to remove fields in the registration form? I am looking to only require Name through email.

go into ascx file and set visibility to false for all unwanted labels (but deactivate "required" from inside the portal before).

If you don't want to alter the DNN files (upgrades, etc), try UCanUse User Attributes; it offers lots more capabilities besides hiding the fields you don't want that you may want to learn more about at www.UCanUse.com.

The user and address controls are located in the Controls subdirectory. The appropriate rows can be set to Display:none in them to hide the unwanted fields.

I have not been able to find the file that uses these two controls. I want to make the registration form more verticle, i.e. put the address control below the user control. Anyone know what the file is that is the parent control for the address and user control?

Thanks

John
