I got one error when I upgraded to 4.9.1 from 4.8.4. There were pretty much only two lines. The first line says "4.9.0 SQLprovider: error. see the logfile".  and another one says "4.9.1 SQL provider: Success". I've looked at the log file. It says:

update dbo.[Tabs] set IsSecure = 1
    where PortalID is NULL
or TabID in (select AdminTabId from dbo.[Portals])
or ParentId in (select AdminTabId from dbo.[Portals])

No big deal. I perform that SQL. The site works perfectly.

My question is, why did it happen?  I am just curious how this thing happens.
