We have created a new Skin for my web application according to the wireframes provided by UX desing company. Actually those UI Mockups are really challenging to work with DNN, as they all are #ID based and with hierarchy.

Anyways,
We have created few Skin files inside our Skin and it is working fine for all except position of ControlPanel. I gone through few of Forum posts on this forum for the same but couldnt getting the proper solution. our problem is that,
Page displays properly with all components at there defined places and control panel appears on top of every thing, means it starts from Top: 0 on Body.
And we are using AjaxControlToolkit's ModalpopupExtender to show ModalPopups on most of our screens. When we apply the DNN's default skin i.e. MinimalExtropy it works fine any any browser even if we have ControlPanel (expanded / collapsed) or not. But when we apply our own skin for the pages then the position of ModalPopup is getting problem. It is not appearing in center or middle of the screen. When we expand / collpase the Control Panel then it also changes its position.
Second problem is, if Control Panel is expanded and we are in Design mode for the page where we can see Solpart menus for Module's settings / configurations. If we hover over on the down arrow for settings it shows the SolpartMenu but it appears much more downside than the Arrow and even when we collapse the Control Panel it appears somewhat upside but again not extactly below the Arrow.

Please let me know what we are missing in Our new skin for this problem.
