Here is a situation:

latest version is installed;

new module was created and package was installed;

after uninstallion of this module, getting the following error:

Compiler Error Message: BC30451: Name 'Framework' is not declared.

Yep, i guess reinstallation will solve this error but its quite inconvenient. Is anything can be done without reinstallation and how to prevent it in future.
