Help!!!I am a novice to dotnetnuke, and have a problem in installation of DotNetNuke when I configuring .Net Nuke that can not find the file web.config in root of dotnetnuke. help!!!

Have you read any  of the documentation regarding installing DotNetNuke? It would help you quite a bit.

The release.config file needs to be renamed to web.config and your connection strings put in there.

Yeah, if you're a newbie to DNN, and you don't read the install doc, you're pretty much toast dude. :)  The short answer is that after 3.1, the web.config was changed to release.config in the install.  You have to make the changes (the proper ones) and *RENAME* the file web.config (after backing up the release.config file of course).  But there are other changes, since it sounds like you haven't done DNN for a while--you'll probably save yourself a week or so if you spend an hour reading the install doc...
