I've set up my Blog Module to e-mail me anytime some posts a comment. This works great. Is there a way (like the core Forum module) for me to allow users or comment posters to be notified whenever they post, or whenever anyone else posts a comment to the blog?

thank you for posting. This featuure is still not available, but similar enhancements requests have been posted before, so in next version we'll consider adding more functionality to the comments section. This is however not a simple task, and may need some time to get integrated and correctly tested.
