PS. Don't even consider Godaddy.com. They are second worst after WebHost4Life. Two years ago I recommended a client leave Godaddy.com hosting when I found out that they were not keeping up to date on their servers security protocols. We had issues with e-commerce that should not have been issues had they been updating their software and security protocols that were recommended several years prior to the time we were dealing with them. Red flag for Godaddy, too.

Can anyone give any experience what Arvixe is like as a hosting company. I have been using WH4L for the past 4 years and yes they have been getting worse. The last straw fo me is my new site keeps getting system out of Memory errors. Arvixe seem very good on paper, and at $7.00 per month this is about whay I pay Wh4L and is would get more on Arvixe. How good is there help with site transfers, stability and dnn experience? Thanks.

1 more thing I think I can leave WH4L at any time I am about 4 months in to this renewal. By law am I entitled to a partial refund?

I hate to say it but NO you will not get you money back unless the service you paid for your not getting and then that is a BBB problem.  If they are like many other companies and like my company http://shop.smallinternetsolutions.com you mainly sign up for a year your telling them that your going to say with them and you only have a few days to get your money back.   My company its 30days just like most of them.  The main reason they do this is to keep the prices low (for my company it is).  If people keep signing up and canceling how mach money do they have to set a side for you??  They would'nt know when you are canceling so they would not make any money untill you are pass that time due to the money would be on hold waiting for you to cancel.

Just FYI We also have DNN hosting...   http://shop.smallinternetsolutions.com

Mark: Thanks for your informative reply. Since this is most likely the case I will just have to ride out the next 6 months with the company. Shame
