Authorize.net is not showing in admin>basic settings drop-down menu. Only Paypal is showing. What must I do to get Authorize.net?

I need it to accept donations and memberships for my Web site. Currently I have authorize.net and prefer it over paypal. According to dotnetnuke documentation, authorize.net should be available from the drop-down menu along with paypal.
