Is there a way to change the rel tag on comments from nofollow to external without modify code?

Thanks

Hi Srpatterson,

unfortunately not. This feature is hardcoded, it was in fact introduced to avoid spammers from adding unwanted links into post comments to gain audience with search engines.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa

Having options in the next release would be great.

I want people to get links to their sites when they comment.

Hi Srpatterson,

links to websites should work as expected in browsers. The nofollow attribute is intended only for search bots that should not give page rank bonuses to links listed there. Anyway, if you would like to see it as an enhancement in future versions, feel free to log your request into Gemini.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa
