Same error with me.

When I select a signle imagefile or a zip file with some images in it, simply nothing happens after I push the "Upload" button. The module returns to the "File Upload" page as if files never have been set to upload.

Is it DNN Gallery 3.x you are using on DNN 4.9.1 ?  You should read the warnings we had add to the download section.  Gallery 3.x versions are Alpha Version and not for using on DNN 4.x and above versions.

Ther are a couble of issues if you use Gallery 3.x on DNN 4 or 5.  Some issues can be handled by disable the friendly urls.  But it is recomanded to use Gallery 3.x on non production environments and only on DNN 3.x versions.  We are still on developing on a new version for DNN 4.9.0 and above.  About we had a couble issues on the last submiting to release tracker, we had no release date yet.

Kind regards
