How do I write a rule for this?

Change:
www.<mysite>.com/<dnnfolder>/<pagename>/tabid/<num>/Default.aspx

To:
www.<mysite>.com/<pagename>

I believe that the dnnfolder can be cut out of the equation be redirecting my URL via the host control panel, but I wanted to strip the "tabid/123/Default.aspx" out of the URL if possible, or at least shorten and simplify it more.

Thanks!

Another option is to use the UrlMaster module by Ifinity to handle your page URL's.
