Hi

Currently I am using Google Custom Search 1.0 Standard Edition for the search. I need to know about two things with the configuration.

1. How can I control the Search Result page Size (Width), because it is not consistant going out of the limited page araea.

2. In order to Google Serach Appliance to work, Do we need a domain. can't we just use IP like (213.37.65.73/dnnsite). source is inside 'dnnsite' folder.

Please assist me soon to get this done.

Here's a different potential Google Search solution for DNN that lets you specify your own HTML search results element (DIV, table cell, etc) styled to whatever fixed width/height you prefer.  Results are returned in-page with no page refresh.  This solution is AJAX-enabled, uses the Google libraries and is free. 

The link below shows a working example within DNN and details one method of altering you skin to swap DNN search for the Google AJAX search:
