Regarding face book, someone did set up face book to consume the rss. I need to find out how that was done.

I have stumbled upon the answer. I had people inserting pictures with spaces in the file name. When a space was in the file name it never made it to the folder named after the entry id, it would then jsut stay in the temp_images folder.

The quick answer for us is to not have spaces in the file names.

FWIW, I am also getting this error. Happens when I open the RSS feed address for a blog entry containing an image (even if the image name has no spaces). The RSS client is either IE7 or SharpReader 0.9.7.
