I recently found a javascript that would stick an image of an author into the blogs.  Does anyone know where script was referenced (went back to search on the web and could no longer find it) or know of a way to add an image of an author and tie it to their blog.  Adding it to the Author Description is easy enough.  But I'd like to add it to the entries as well on the main blog page.  Any ideas would be welcome.

Thanks

Jason,

are you referring to Gravatar or something like that?

Hi Jason,

my 2cetnts: create a small and very simple custom module that parses the page.request collection and displays a chunk of html depending on the blogger's ID. Then place the module at the top of the page over the blog module and you're done.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa

Not a gravatar, but something like an author bio on each entry with an author photo.  A vanity plate ;-).

I did find, somewhere a javascript that took the blog id and then just showed a picture using the blog id and formulating a static file name to display.  I'll have to consider Dario's idea.  I was hoping someone might have had a bookmark to it.

thanks, -Jason
