Hi,

It's because you forgot to select the checkout page in the Store Admin module > Shopping Cart Page! I have selected it and save, now it's work! In addition, if your storefront (Store Menu + Store Catalog + MiniCart) are placed on an other page than Home, do not forgot to define the Store Page setting (just above the Shopping Cart setting). On a real web site, DO NOT let the Admin page visible for all users, it should be visible for admins only.

Edit: DO NOT forgot to add at least 1 shipping price range on the admin page > Shipping Administration!
