Hi,

I've just run into a new issue while trying to upgrade from 3.1.1 to 4.9.1 .

Current Assembly Version: 04.09.01

Current Database Version: 03.01.01

00:00:00.015 -   Executing Script: Upgrade.SqlDataProvider Success
 

Warning:

Duplicate Portal Users

We have detected that the following Users have duplicate entries (they exist in more than one portal). You need to be aware that after the upgrade, the password for some of these users may have been automatically changed (as the system now only uses one password per user, rather than one password per user per portal). It is important to remember that your Users can always retrieve their password using the Password Reminder feature, which will be sent to the Email addess shown in the table.

Click Here To Proceed With The Upgrade.

Clicking the above link does nothing, the same page is refreched but no upgrade takes place.

Leif,

I'd suggest, not to upgrade in a single step. Upgrade to 4.0.3, 4.3.7, 4.4.1, 4.6.2 and finally to 4.9.1 should be a more promising strategy. you may follow my check list here.
