Hi,

I've been trying a couple of ways to change some module languages through source files (acsx, html, css, etc.) and I've had some success on a couple of them, but since I'm not really a programmer and can't id every single thing for these tags, etc.

Is there an specific type of file that I should always pay attention to change language on the texts displayed to users? I mean, is there an specific file for all modules that describe the "read more, more info, topics, replies, search, members, etc" captions on different modules that do not have this option on the regular configuration settings?

Thanx.

DNN 3/4:

for all proper localizable modules (including all core modules) use

  • the language editor in Admin :: Languages to adopt per portal or
  • Host :: Languages (using "Host" mode) to adopt text for all portals or
  • Host :: Languages using "System" mode to create /complete/correct installed language pack files

This shall cover all static texts in core, providers, skins and modules.

Even if I'm using third party made modules, not just dnn defaults?
