I do not know because for testing I use the PayPal Sandbox. PayPal offer 7 methods for payment, the Store module use the WebSite Payments Standard method.  I think you have to use the Secure Merchant Account ID, normaly it should be an email address. But Benoit (my co-lead) has tested the module with his personnal PayPal account. I drop an email now, he will give you an answer in some hours (here in France it's near than 6:00 AM).
