Try ODS form ... free module works nice.

Hi Jan,

I was able to get ODSform downloaded and set up. It doesn't seem to be sending emails. It does save them in the DB. Would you have any idea why it wouldn't be sending the email. I did put in valid email address...

It works for me. You could set the module for email, db or both.

Sebastian, i tried to access site, but it never emailed me a access id.
