EDIT:  Also please note that this solution is easily broken if updated versions of DNN alter the layout and/or IDs of elements in the USER ACCOUNT module.  Therefore you'll need to re-validate the solution each time you upgrade DNN.  Please treat this as a potential temporary workaround rather than a permanent solution.  You'll still want to investigate module-based solutions such as the cool Dynamic Registration module by Data Springs

I will probably write a module that will allow this to happen moving forward, but this is just a temporary solution. I have already created a registraion module for my client so the Dynamic Registration module may not be the right tool for this. My client has recently purchased the Dynamic forms module from Datasprings. Would this tool be able to interface with the users profile and password management parts of the website?

Thanks

Dynamic forms is a great module.  With regards to your immediate needs, it allows show/hide of form fields based on user role (so your form can present static "current value" user credentials for all users and include "update value" input boxes just for admins).

As for actually updating the DNN DB tables with your form data, you should be able to use the dynamic SQL feature to do whatever you need.  Dynamic forms does have some support for mapping directly to and updating DNN fields (region, country) but I'm not sure if you can do so with the user credential fields.  I believe this feature may be intentionally absent from Dynamic forms in order to make a clear division between it and the Dynamic Registration module which also provides an "update registration" interface.
