Hi,

I'm trying to create a scheduler and all works fine, but... the only thing that is missing is finding out where I can find the directory of my portal. What I tried was:

PortalController pc = new PortalController();
PortalInfo portal = pc.GetPortal(myPortalId);
string _filePath = portal.HomeDirectoryMapPath;

This gives me a different result in a regular module then in the scheduler.
Who can help me out with this one?

kind regards,
Orlando Frooninckx

I've used that same approach in a ScheduleClient without problem. What value are you getting for portal.HomeDirectoryMapPath in the scheduler client as opposed to that returned by PortalSettings.HomeDirectoryMapPath in your module?

From within my scheduler -> c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\
From withing a module -> D:\websites\dnn_source\DotNetNuke_05.00.00_Source\Website\Portals\0\

How strange is that?
