DNNArticle 6.1 supports friendly url for english. It adds title in URL, for example http://www.zldnn.com/Modules/ModuleView/tabid/496/smid/1621/ArticleID/119/reftab/1/t/How-can-I-limit-the-size-of-uploaded-file/Default.aspx. However, for languages other than english, the t parameter is added as default.aspx?t=.... You can modify the friendly url provider setting in web.config. You can find in web.config:

   name="DNNFriendlyUrl"
      type="DotNetNuke.Services.Url.FriendlyUrl.DNNFriendlyUrlProvider, DotNetNuke.HttpModules"
       includePageName="true"
       regexMatch="[^a-zA-Z0-9 _-]" />

Now changing the  regexMatch="[^a-zA-Z0-9 _-]"  to  regexMatch\W]" it will work.
