Hi everyone,

I'm using DNN 4.8.2  and there is this huge problem in URL, shown in address bar.

the problem is :  some meaning less characters are added to address and make everything hard.

forexample instead of    http://www.mywebsite.com/portal/math/tabid/166/Default.aspx

everyone would see http://www.mywebsite.com/portal/%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B2%DB%8C%D8%A8%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C%DA%A9%D9%88%D8%AF%DA%A9%D8%A7%D9%86/math/tabid/166/Default.aspx  in address bar.

what are these?????

and these characters make problem to edit pages. means each time i wanna edit a page or wanna make a new page, i should delete all characters in address and load the right address. then i can edit page.

I appreciate any help

Are you using any custom or third party modules on the pages that are affected?  It looks like you have something in there modifying the contents.

Hi john_lock,

I have a quick question, where did you save your current DNN 4.8.2 installation? I think you need to install your current DNN release in the root, not in a subfolder or virtual folder.
