Help!! (Please)

I tried to install the Forum module and selected Authentication, which I shouldn't have. My site no longer starts up. Instead it redirects to this error page:

.../Website/DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/trusterror.htm

This site is currently Unavailable

The Active Directory Provider requires the site to be running

under Full Trust and/or in Classic mode in IIS 7.0

Commenting out the line:

<add name="Authentication" type="DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.HttpModules.AuthenticationModule, DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory" />

in your web.config will allow you to get the site running until it meets the above requirements.

Can someone please help me back out of what I just did. I am using DNN 5.0???

Thanks.

 you may simply remove (or comment) the AD provider registration in your web.config file. Backup the file (with a different name!), open the file with a text editor and search for ActiveDirectory. remove/comment the line. You may also remove the provider dll from the /bin folder.
