Here are a couple of links that address this issue:

http://www.beansoftware.com/ASP.NET-FAQ/Allow-Numbers-TextBox.aspx

http://onetidbit.wordpress.com/2008/01/25/14/

Let us know how it goes.

Take care,

Hi Pranay,

Not sure what you were looking for, but if you were saying that you want to enter numbers in the textbox, you will need to write the JavaScript code to validate input of numbers in the textbox.

The JavaScript code should look like this on my textbox html code:

<head runat="server">
    <title>Untitled Page</title>
      <script type="text/javascript">
        function   fun()
        {
          if(event.keyCode<48||event.keyCode>57)
          return   false;
        }
     </script>
</head>

Then add OnKeyPress to your textbox in the Page_load event. The code should look like this:

    protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        TextBox1.Attributes.Add("OnKeyPress", " return fun()");
    }

You can do this by the OnKeyPress event.

Optimus
