I would like to display a PDF on a current page that I have created without making the user click on the link to take them to a new page.  Can this be accomplished with a new module of some sort or something else that I dont know about in DNN?

Thanks

Have you considered using the IFrame module to display it inline?

Hope it helps,

Then the person putting in the content would have to know HTML right?  Im not the one doing the content, but just supporting the actuall DNN site.  I told them I would look into it.  If its simple HTML I think they might be able to handle it but I dont want to say for sure.  When it comes to Web programing and stuff I think their abilities are limited.  Even my own abilityes to read HTML is limited

Thanks

No, you do not need to know HTML to use the IFrame module.  You just point it to a PDF (either using a URL, or point it to a file on your site), and it should just show up.  You may need to adjust the sizing or other options, but you won't need to mess with the HTML itself.

Hope that helps,
