Hello,

I did a search of the Forums and could not find an answer.

What is the easiest way to add a side navigation menu bar similar to this:

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Products/Overview/tabid/1206/Default.aspx

Do I have to create a custom skin, or is there a module or module setting I can leverage?

Thanks in advance for any information,

Jeff

 Hi Jeff

There are several commercial offerings that can do this.
I have used SEOMenu a couple of times now. Its a pure css menu with good SEO and it comes as a skin object and as a module.
The module allows you to show "only children" of the current root item and you can also now detach the parent from this list.
It really is quite impressive and its not expensive.  Latest version is fixed for the evil IE8 beta's and rc's.

An example here on one of my skin testing pages
http://www.clubwebs.co.uk/More/Testing123/tabid/68/Default.aspx
A vertical menu using the skin object and a module showing the children of a named page.
I think its about £45. Might be wirth this just for the SEO.
