I had a problem with the latest version of the survey module where once the questions were set, and the survey was ready to go, it would only work for 1 person... then, everyone following that one person could only see the results.  If you were an admin, you could still take the survey.  Admins would start on the survey results page, and then have to click on the "view survey" button to take the survey.  Regular users would just be given the results page, with no options to return to enter the survey.  I could clear the survey results, and it would be set to go again, and once again - only 1 person could take it.  I wiped the survey completely, and started it from scratch - same results.  I had the survey tracking by 1 entry per user.  I'm running DNN 4.9.0, about to upgrade to 5.0.

Weird, right?

I restored it back to 4.5.0 and all is working normally again.  Any ideas?
